Dr. Chandler and his team were nothing short of fantastic from beginning to end. My teeth had shifted and I decided to do Invisalign. I'm so happy with my decision! What an absolute great experience here at Hudson and Ho! Dr. Ho is always so kind and attentive which always made me feel good about being there. His staff is kind, efficient, and always smiling. To walk into an office and constantly be treated kindly is often rare. Here, I have had nothing but a positive experience. On top of it all, I got exactly the outcome I wanted with my Invisalign. I hit the drum, collected my treats, and walked out today as a very satisfied customer. :)

Overall I would give this office 0 stars. The front desk needs training on basic customer service and organization. They are rude and don't know how to communicate properly. This initial visit of my son took almost 2 hours!! The only reason it didn't take longer is because we left. My son was taken into the exam room 50 minutes after my appointment time. Dr. HO usually is super busy and in order to make small monthly ortho adjustments (5 minutes) we need to spend 1.5-2 hours. We paying $6.5K for regular braces, this is the highest price in Glendale. Hudson & Ho Orthodontics was initially referred to me for my child Ollie Marquez by our dentist Dr. Terry Webber. They were very thorough with our initial assessment and consultation. Providing an in depth overview of the reasoning for treatment and the related plan. Dr. Chandler Ho is very friendly and works well with both parents and their children. The staff did a great job of working with our insurance company and spreading out our out of pocket payments. Along the way they've provided us with consistent maintenance work and updates.

It was a huge decision to go through this process at my age. I was not certain I even wanted to consider it. When I asked if I was going to be the oldest patient, the competent staff member said, "no, we have a few clients older than you". Dr. Ho 's entire staff is well trained, knowledgeable and caring. That is key when you are going through this.process. You may question "getting it done". But you will never question the end result.

I want to start by saying ....... WOW .. What an awesome & professional group of people .. I'm a 52 year old woman who's always had perfectly straight teeth ;) thanks to my parents who had me in braces and head gear at a very young age

I did the Invisalign for my bottom teeth which were actually crossing over ....
Several months later ...... SUCCESS ! It was easy and seamless ... now my bottom teeth are perfectly straight again ...

Dr Chandler Ho was really nice and explained the issues with my son’s teeth very clearly. He was really good at making my kid feel comfortable. My kid enjoyed seeing a 3D x-Ray of his skull. We haven’t got orthodontia yet (are still dealing with teeth pulling) but we will definitely come back to Dr Ho when we need them.

I'm a late 30s adult who wanted orthodontia for overbite and overjet correction. Right from the first meeting, I felt that Dr. Ho knew exactly what I was hoping to achieve and set realistic expectations. Thru my 1.5 yr of treatment, I've only had pleasant experiences with him and all of his staff. They all have excellent chair side manner and make you feel like you're the only patient there. Their covid protocols also make me feel safe...I think almost everyone is double masked! Most importantly, I'm happy with my results. Thank you to your team Dr. Ho.

My youngest son just got his Invisalign's off last week, and we could not be happier with the results. My oldest son also got his braces here a few years back, and maintain's a beautiful smile! Every touch point with Dr. Ho, and his staff has been spectacular. From the first mapping of the Invisalign's, to the finished product, our expectations weren't just met, but exceeded. The orthodontist assistant Amy was personable and skilled. She has a warm personality and is proficient at what she does. Dr Ho has good communication skills.
