Dr. Mostafa Norooz graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1995. Since then he has been one of the pioneers of advanced comprehensive dentistry in Washington. Dr. Norooz has been a licensed sedation dentist since 2004. To date, he has treated over 15,000 people all over Western Washington and abroad.

I would give this dentist and the office staff zero stars, if it was an option. My experience happened about 4 1/2 years ago, so maybe things have gotten better, but judging by what others have written, I'm guessing not. There were 3 of us, my 19 year old daughter, my 15 year old son and me. I went for treatment first and found the dentist very friendly. The hygienists were not and one in particular made it clear she didn't know what she was doing and didn't like me. The second visit was for my daughter and I sat in the room watching. She complained of pain and was disregarded.

I had a very bad experience recently at Dr, Norooz's office. Firstly, his staff is very rude. I was never greeted when I came in. Also ,his hygienist interrupted a conversation that I was having with the dentist. When I stopped her intrusive behavior she went and told the receptionist and I could hear her all the way down the hall. In addition , I had an infected tooth and Dr. Norooz did not offer an antibiotic and did not want to listen to my concerns. While his concept is one stop denistry. I have some anxiety about dental procedures other than routine cleaning. I had my first visit today and it turns out I will need quite a bit of work done. Dr. Norrooz gave me the trust and confidence in him to move forward. He is warm, welcoming and funny and you can tell he generally cares about people. I felt comfortable like I was among friends in his office. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

First of all the upfront women are Amazing and kind! The dentist is a horrible person. He literally said to me and the office( as he shouted from the exam room to the front desk staff) that I want to bounce around the country and Mexico looking for a rich man since I had mentioned that I would like to see the quickest options I have since I'm moving out of state. I arrived to my first appointment today to be greeted by a receptionist not wearing a mask. I calmly and politely asked what the masking policy was and she said she didn't have to wear one since she was behind plexi -glass and that no one else was in waiting room (though me and my daughter were). She seemed very irritated with me for even asking and stated that she would wear one if it made ME more comfortable several times before actually putting one on. I've been looking for a dentist office that does more than just a cleaning then refers everything else out. This office does everything in house! That saves time and money. Dr. N is very skilled, knowledgeable, personable and nice. His staff is top notch, they make you feel comfortable and at ease. I'm so glad I found them!

I have horrible anxiety regarding going to the dentist. I was referred by my dentist to go here. From my first phone call to my actual appt where I was sedated it was absolutely amazing. Every single staff member was so kind Dr. Norooz was absolutely amazing and made me feel at ease as soon as he walked in for my consult. I could t have had a better experience. He even called in the evening to make sure I was doing okay. I’ve never had that happen before and it was so nice.

I am a patient for the past few years. Dr. Norooz has done fillings, bone/implants. I needed four implant had two done. One had to have bone added. Everything went well no infection. Most important is to do the aftercare exactly how the doctor prescribe. I previously have seen other dentist who could not do all and any procedure I need. That meant I had see different dentist. Amazing dentist & staff! Wait times are nearly non-existent! Always an upbeat atmosphere! Dr Norooz is always taking classes & is up on the latest in dentistry. He did my veneers years ago - not only are they beautiful but they've lasted! The office staff are knowledgeable as well as personable! There are so many reasons to recommend this place that I don't even know where to start! I should probably start with my background. The dentist offices are not new to me. I've been in and out all my life but American dentists practice a little different from the ones overseas. Dr. Norooz was so refreshing and comforting. He also has a sense of humor that really helped ease things for me.

Our family highly recommends One Stop Dentistry! They gladly took on the challenge of performing x-rays and cleaning for our daughter that has autism. She is extremely afraid to have anyone touch her. Dr. Norooz did an amazing job with our daughter. He sedated her just enough to perform all that needed to be done. We were so happy with the overall experience. We will definitely continue to go to One Stop Dentistry.

I have always had a fear of Dentist and those days are gone. Dr. Norooz and his Staff, throughout their extremely kind, compassion and informative explanations, have given me a "New sense of Confidence". I wish I had met them years earlier. Dr. Norooz is very observant and attentive to Patient's pain or discomfort. He truly cares and he is very genuine. I actually enjoy going to the Dentist now (Oh my, I never thought those words would come out of my mouth regarding Dental procedures).

Mostafa Norooz DDS, MS, FAGD, is the biggest crook we've ever met. Don't go there. They will bleed your insurance dry. They will tell you that you need all this work when you don't really need anything. They will make deals with you to get the insurance. My husband went in to get one tooth pulled. The dentist pulled the wrong tooth. He then told us we needed to pull all upper teeth and get dentures. They finally after 2 months got some dentures. They hurt very bad and he tried to make them work. The dentist would numb the gums in order to shove the dentures back onto the gum. My

Dr. Norooz could not be a better dentist. My brother, who is developmentally disabled, was operated on today by Dr. Norooz and his team. Dr Norooz and is staff are nothing short of amazing! Kind, compassionate and they want nothing more then to help make your mouth as healthy as possible. I've always had problems with my teeth and I can honestly say that this is the only Dentist's office I've been to where I didnt feel judged or made to feel bad regarding the state of my teeth! For the first time ever in my life I absolutely no anxiety about going to the dentist! Amazing place!

The front desk staff is friendly and cordial - while the setting is professional.
