We had an excellent experience. They worked extremely hard for us in scorching weather. They were very detail-oriented and wrapped all of our belongings with care as if they were their belongings. They were kind and courteous and made the experience of moving to go smoothly. Truly appreciate all of their help and hard work!

The worst experience moving. They packed my belongings and then told me it would be $3,600 more then the quoted estimate. I was told several times that after the video call there would be no additional charges.They knew I needed to be out of my home the next day. They never let me see inside the truck to verify how much cubic feet we actually used. The loader told me I should just write a check (in addition to the very large cashiers check I had) for a percentage of the additional charges and my sales rep will take off the rest. This of course was not true. I was told that none of their estimates

It was so tough to pick a specific company over the others. We asked a few friends for suggestions and the name Transit Moving Systems came across. On moving day, the movers began packing our items and loading the truck. We provided them a cashiers check of $3700. After several hours, we were approached by the crew and told that the total would be increasing due to an increase in CF from the original estimate. We agreed to the new total of $8204. The movers then proceeded to load the remaining items on to the truck. At the completion of the load, they told us the CF had increased and presented a new order for $12K. We had to immediately depart for NC for our move and had no option to dispute the 50% increase in cost. We were told we had no
