A Chapter 7 bankruptcy will stay on your credit report for ten years. Most filers can open new credit cards and other lines of credit soon after receiving their discharge. If you need to file for bankruptcy again, you will need to wait eight years before filing for another Chapter 7 bankruptcy, or four years if you plan to file for Chapter 13 instead.

Earlier this year I had to make a tough decision. Mr. McBride was very easy to talk to, gave answers to any questions I had, explained the process, and really just made the whole situation much easier than I thought it would be. Months later, he does not have a problem replying to a few questions I had in follow up.

I hired them over three years ago. With their experienced guidance, I am worse off than I was. Don’t expect them to help you. I was told to do things, myself, because they were too busy. I’ll bet that anyone that talks with them.Their response will be: Well, I don’t have your file in front of me at the moment. High turnover in the staff. McBride is so good that he down to two employees. Not much growth in his business, and you will be twice as bad off, and it, only, took me three years to understand this.
