I called Mr. Given's office to handle a refinance of a home we purchased in 2011 and his office told me they would be able to save us some money since they had already done the original purchase. I used them rather than the firm recommended by our lender. Their fees were over $400 more than the firm recommended by the lender, but I have should have asked to see each specific fee before I agreed to use them. Be sure you check their fees and compare it to the other firms before signing up! I was told a mail out fee was needed on top of a courier fee for them to scan and print documents!

I was selling a piece of property in AL that had a clear deed, no lien, cash transaction. The buyer lived in Ga. Mr. Givens was his attorney. It took almost six months to close. Givens and staff does not communicate accurately, or promptly. Numerous misquotes about the property to my attorney and buyer. The admin had the closing papers over two weeks but failed to set up closing date. At the signing Givens thought I was the buyer.
A week after the closing the admin called me asking questions about people on the deed, she had forgot we had already closed on the property the week before.
