I ordered a sign and paid almost $500 for it for my small business and I have never received product or response/communication. I have emailed for a few years to no avail. This was really disappointing as a new buisness starting out we took personal savings to invest in a sign with this company. We ordered and sadly did not receive product but our money was collected.
