Services
Many individuals experience stressors that are sometimes difficult to cope with, utilizing one's own resources. The death of a loved one, relationship issues, stress, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, spiritual issues, trauma and life transitions are a few of the common experiences that affect many people at different times in their lives.
Brad Kinder is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor through the Virginia Board of Health Professions. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and American Counseling Association. Mr. Kinder has several years of mental health, assessment, and treatment experience, including individual, couples, and family therapy.

Very unprofessional and not on time im am not comfortable in the wise office it not good for my anxiety to be pushed to the side like me times isn't a valuable as theirs if I was late they wouldn't see me but thank its okay for me to wait 20 as of now past my appointment time hell no and I'll also be letting the disability office know this is not a good place to seen ppl

My son ( who is Autistic and has other unique challenges)and I visit The Wise VirginiaBranch.Out of the fourOtherCounseling clinicsThat I called.This was the only place that I actually got to talk to a personAnd get an appointment within a week of my request.All the other placesDidn't answer or told us that we had to write a request and be put on a waitlist. We just moved here and my son needed to be under care as soon as possible.I could not believe the run-around we got from all the other places. By the time I had called healing waters which ironically was last on my list, I had lost all hope

Ive been struggling with my mental health for years, suffering from PTSD and a multitude of anxiety disorders. I had no means of paying for my treatment as money is tight, so I had decided to quit treatment and medication. I had put myself in a worse place mentally, luckily healing waters has greatly helped me. They are giving the treatment I need at a price I can afford. Im on the right track and my EMDR treatment is showing great results.

This place was my saving grace. My daughter has ADHD and we had a really hard time finding treatment and help. Healing Waters did that for us. Katey Morrell is an absolute gem. She listens to what's going on, she values my input as a parent and patient myself. Denise Bryant is the best friend I never knew I needed. I found peace when I found her. She has let me rant and vent without judgement. Dala Phillips has the kindest heart. She is so patient and understanding with my daughter. The services I have recieved have been outstanding. The office staff is amazing.

This place is the absolute worst. I would give it a zero if I had the option to. Please do not seek treatment from Katy Morrell, she might be the least caring, most pathetic excuse for a nurse practitioner I’ve ever seen. She is definitely in the wrong career. She put me on medication and wrote another months refill for it then took away that refill from me. It’s Friday evening, I went to go pick up my prescription and the pharmacy says she took away that refill. I then call the office and the receptionist says she can’t get in touch with her and it may be Monday until she gets an answer
