One of the main causes of pain and disease in the human body can be traced to improper alignment of the vertebrae in your spinal column. This is called a subluxation. Through carefully applied pressure, soft tissue manipulation, and manual adjustments of the vertebrae and joints, compression and irritation of the nerves is relieved and joint mobility is restored, allowing your body to return to its natural state of balance, called homeostasis.
Born and raised in Hagerstown, Dr. Brenna Ranieli graduated from North Hagerstown High School in 2004. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park and graduated from the Honors Program in 2007. Continuing her education at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL she received a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2010, the same year she married her high school sweetheart, Matthew.

This place is great. I have been going to Dr. Brower for several months now. I have had lower back issues for nearly 40 years (degenerative disc disease) and have very little relief from various medications. After going to Dr. Brower, I have less pain, muscle spasms and the reoccurrence of severe attacks are less frequent. I have never tried going to a Chiropractor before this. I highly recommend to anyone with back conditions to try Hagerstown Health and Dr. Brower.

I can't say enough great things about this office. From the moment I walked in, it was a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr Ranieli was on time and took her time through the exam. I couldn't ask for a better experience and i'm feeling better already! I would highly recommend Dr. Ranieli.

Caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. These would be a handful of descriptors I would use to describe Dr. Ranieli, her staff, and her practice.
I have spent the last decade dealing with on and off again severe back pain. Never have I felt more comfortable and trusting in a doctor. During my initial consult I was extremely nervous and could barely move. Dr. Ranieli took the time to answer all of my questions and run me through a full eval. Like most I was uneducated as to what a chiropractor could do, or what the treatment entails. I was worried about the “neck cracking” and odd

Dr. Ranieli is the best. I have been going to her for years. After going to 4 others spread over 3 states and here in town, I know that I have found my chiropractor for life. She is very professional and easy to talk to and takes care of all of my issues in a gentle, yet from way. My entire family goes to her and we all love the office. The staff is very friendly as well and the atmosphere of the new office is very relaxing and inviting.
