I needed to have the dashboard electronics replaced. Nothing was working. The signal, lights and dashboard display were all dead. I was stressing because I needed to leave town asap. David and UBSC took care of my car asap and worked with my 3rd party insurance company to get me back on the road. I am so happy with their service. What a wonderful experience! This isn’t easy to say as I’ve been a strict dealership girl, but Ultimate Benz and it’s owner Dave and his entire staff made us feel so relaxed and at ease in leaving my baby with them. Once the service was completed on the day promised, I went to pick her up and she was sitting there just beaming! They had cleaned her up, polished her shoes, she was gorgeous! I highly recommend them to any Benz owner! Finally a quality shop and I don’t have to travel 285 and 400! Yay!
