I had thought of selling my house directly, but after meeting with Laura I realized she could add much value and help me sell for more than I could by myself. The suggestions she made helped in preparing the house for the sale and the quality of photography and videos of the property were top notch, really helping to attract many potential buyers. Laura helped us sell our home 8 yrs ago. We recently moved back to the area. We contacted Laura after seeing a for sale sign by a condo unit. She contacted the seller/agent for a showing. Laurie and Laura are both really great to work with. My husband sold his home and we bought a new one. I met Laura Staude Flood at a open house for a condo in a neighboring town in early 2000’s. I decided I wasn’t ready to give up my home yet but knew that I would use Laura when the time came to sell. I never saw or spoke to again. Early this year I decided to relocate to Mississippi and the only call I made was to Laura to set up an appointment in my home. She gave my some tips on things to take down and I followed her directions. My house went on the market and within 24 hours I had my first offer which was full price. In the next 24 hours I received two more offers all over the asking price
