His company fulfilled all of the requirements of the contract in a timely manner. I had some damage to the foundation and framing issues at our new home we purchased. Kyle came out twice to inspect and advise- very quick to come out and very detailed in their report and recommendations. After the job was finished he came back out to look at the work done, even though that wasn’t in the scope of his agreement. Highly recommend.

Call Criterium-Hardy Engineers for a professional inspection! Kyle was very knowledgeable and clear in his assessment of my new home. He and I walked the entire home and he explained everything he was doing so that I could be as informed as possible. He got me the inspection report in a timely manner and the report itself is very well written. The report is broken down into categories that help identify trouble areas as well as areas that are good to go. Would highly recommend Kyle for your inspections!
