In 1971, Mark Robinson worked with Rex Fasig in the village of New Pittsburg, Chester Township. Mark learned from Rex the trades of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, water conditioning, water well service and electric. These areas included the aspects of service, replacement, remodeling and new construction, mainly in the residential market.
Upon Mr. Fasig's retirement in 1976, Mark began working for many of Rex's former customers. Having been raised in Wooster, Mark's business soon encompassed the Wooster and Wayne County areas as well. In the late 1980's, Mark became licensed by the state of Ohio and broadened his base to include commercial and industrial plumbing, heating and cooling.

The owner of this company is a liar and a thief. Was contracted to do a job and broke part of the heater. Client told them to leave it alone bc he was not paying for something they broke but the tech repaired the broken part anyway. They sent the client a bill which he refused to pay and took client to court. M w robinson lied about the client saying don’t fix it bc he’s not paying for something they broke and the client had the phone conversation recorded to prove it. The client had to pay for the original work but not the work that they were told not to do. The client paid the original bill

I needed my ac serviced. They never showed. I called again they said they were at my house. I triple checked the address with them. The technician said he was at the front door and no one answered. I told him that was impossible because I was sitting on my porch. He confirmed the address said he was standing at my front door. I told them well you aren't here. 3 months later I got a bill for a compressor replacement. I called them and said you never serviced my AC, your technician never showed, and I had to call someone who had to fix a line. Now they are suing me. This is how this company

We discovered that our air conditioner was not working last night on our way to bed. Played with the thermostat for a while and decided that we needed to call someone in the morning. Called at 7:30 - someone showed up at 8'ish - fixed the problem and was gone before 9:00.
Ultimately, it was a mouse or chipmunk chewed a wire on the AC unit.
