Artist Bio: George Pellissier's photography is a small celebration of the natural world that lies outside of our man-made concrete jungle. It is difficult to express the beauty and diversity of life. This is Cape Cod Art Center's annual exhibit soliciting artists from all over the country. With over 400 entries and only 85 pieces were accepted, this show has been in our galleries every fall since.

Cape Cod Art Center is a non-profit membership group continuously operating since its inception in 1948. It serves its members and community with a variety of fine art programs and events. Our mission is to promote the creation and appreciation of visual art by providing a supportive environment for education and exhibitions.
The faculty of our School of Visual Arts are some of the most experienced instructors from on and off Cape Cod, most holding Masters Degrees in Art, and exhibiting their collections in prestigious galleries. We offer classes and workshops year-round, with classes being held in six week sessions. Class: If a student cancels a registration at least 15 days before a class begins, a refund will be granted less at 5% processing fee.
What is Digital Art? The Digital Artist uses pixels rather than paint. Pixels can be captured with any camera from DSLRs to mobile phones. The artist develops images on computers, mobile phones, and tablets to express their creative vision. Digital art is revolutionary. It is an art which can be shared through the internet without galleries or museums.
Join John for a private tour for you or your group. Do you want to shoot scenery, lighthouses, things of nature, sunrise or sunsets? He will plan out with you locations that you will enjoy for the time that you are on the Cape. John is a Professional Photographer and experienced in navigating to places that have the perfect light.
Cape Cod Art Center is back with our second season of plein air painters, the Cape Cod Art Center Plein Air Painters! There is no instructor and no fee, just artists painting together. You'll learn many tricks to add to your arsenal! The Cape Cod Art Center Plein Air Painters will be visiting sites all over Cape Cod from May through October.

The Cape Cod Art Association is a vibrant local art organization that serves the community in a multitude of ways. They offer art classes almost every day of the week, they sponsor local, regional and national art contests and exhibitions and take part in numerous local events all year long.
