This company does a good job of getting the work done, but a poor job of follow up. I had to call repeatedly to get questions/issues addressed. What's frustrating is that when you call you can never reach anyone that knows anything. It's answering service. Every time you call they ask all the questions about your phone number, e-mail address, best time to reach you, street address, etc., and it feels like you're starting all over. They need to have a Director of Client Services who focuses on follow up.
