The length of divorce is going to vary case by case depending on the complexity of each situation. An uncontested divorce might on take 2-3 months to resolve, while a contested divorce could take several months or even years to be finally resolved. Once the main issues are settled (such as property division, support, custody, etc.), then the divorce is often complete within 2-8 weeks.
In New Hampshire, alimony can be awarded if there is a need on the part of one spouse and the other spouse has the ability to pay the alimony, after considering the payment of his/her own expenses. Michael Iacopino took my criminal case without telling me from the beginning that he had represented a co conspirator who was working for the government until later on after he took the deposit. Long story short I ended up taking 11 1/2 years in Federal prison and overturning the case 6 years later and come home!!!

My divorce took about three years in total, and I went through three different attorneys during that time. I wish I had hired Jaye Rancourt to initially handle it. Once she came on, the concessions from my wife's attorney started to pile up, and the rulings from our judge clearly began to sway to our side. I was very pleased, and, again, I wish I had hired her right from the start - I could've saved a lot of time and money, in hindsight. Also, the divorce would not have been so hard on me, my ex-wife or our children.

I just want to start off by saying Jaye Rancourt is the best attorney I have ever dealt with by far! She helped me deal with a big case I had against me where she knew I deserved not to receive the sentence the state was purposing.she argued and went back and forth fairly quickly before the state agreed to something that me and he both where working towards.
