David is AMAZING. He listens to your needs and explains everything really well. He’s professional and the space is clean. I always feel so relaxed after the massage. I love the setting which was peaceful usic playing in the background with hints of lavender and eucalyptus oils being diffused. David's massage was such a blessing to my stressed body, he made me feel at home. He used his hands and thoroughly was able to relief the aches of tension throughout my back and neck. I can't wait to see you again soon. Highly recommend

Today was my First Massage with David . I was very inpressed with how clean the place was as well how David presented himself. The massage was outstanding hitting all the pressure area that needed massaged . He made me feel very relaxed with very pressure he applied ... From the moment I walked in David was welcoming and courteous. He asked me what I was looking for and what my troubled areas were and he made sure to give extra attention to those spots. The time flew by way to fast. His office is extremely clean and smells great. I’m sure I dozed off a few times during the massage. I would highly recommend his magic hands to anyone! You won’t regret it. I will be a regular customer for sure! :)

This was my first time to Mind, Body & Spirit which reminds me how peaceful life can be when those three are in sync — especially since I hadn’t had a massage in almost a year. Lucky for me that David Hayes — the owner and massage therapist —knows anatomy well. I think he released every knotted muscle in my neck, shoulders and other areas I abuse working at my computer, driving, exercising and habituating bad posture. I just had an hour massage by David at Mind, Body & Spirit and it was THE BEST massage I've had in a very long time! I've been going to a membership based place for shoulder pain and pain radiating down my arm and I couldn't get relief. A good friend told me about David Hayes and I am so happy I went!! He does deep tissue massage that is very relaxing and doesn't hurt. He fixed the problem In my shoulder and pain is no longer radiating down my arm!! I can not say enough good things about David!! Had my third massage with David today. Let me say.... OH MY GOD... he is AMAZING! Good prices and I really love that he takes later in the evening appointments! I book a 55 min massage and it's perfect from the start, he asks me what areas I want him to concentrate on and I can share which areas have been hurting and he know exactly what to do.
