Dr. Duke Lovetere was born and raised in Woodbury, CT. He has been treating families since 2009 at his practice in Greenland, NH, which is conveniently located just two miles from Portsmouth, off Interstate 95. He specializes in Pediatric and Family care. As a Chiropractor with over 20 years experience, he promotes the health and well being of his patients.
Fritzie is Dr. Dukes German shorthaired pointer, he comes from champion bloodlines and is a good boy. His interest include chasing tennis balls, playing fetch and hunting for ducks and birds. As a former collegiate & professional athlete, I have learned to live with a certain level of pain. The effectiveness of Chiropractic Clinics over the years was mixed at alleviating my discomfort. I started going to see Dr Duke, and his staff, a few months back, for seizures and migraines. I lost my son 18 months ago, and have been dealing with anxiety and depression. This is my first time going someplace, where I feel 100% welcome, and part of a family. Dr John joined the practice recently, and his dedication, humor, sensitivity, and empathy to his patients is beyond amazing. I have grown so much emotionally and my seizures have decreased by almost 75%. I have more energy, less migraines, and just feel better overall! I would highly recommend Dr Duke and Dr John!

I’ve been here for only 2 adjustments and I already feel absolutely fantastic! I honestly didn’t believe how well it was going to work until it did! It's a chiro mill. After you've done a preliminary exam and pricey xray they become sales oriented & want you to sign a contract. You spend a few hundred for xrays then if you decline a contract, they become quite a bit less friendly, which demonstrates their fake sincerity.
In particular the help at the front desk act as though you've insulted them for not wishing to sign up for continued treatments.
So I declined a contract, then was treated very poorly calling to arrange to retrieve my xray records, with them suggesting it was a bother, that I could only have copies. When

I was having a lot of issues with my lower back. I have to say it has improved. It was an eight on the pain scale. Some days it is better than others. In a matter of two months it is a five now. I have noticed that now when I lay on my stomach on the adjustment table, I have no more pain. The pain was also affecting my sleep and now it is not.

This is the place to go if you want to feel better, and have a smile on your face. They work wonders. Dr Duke is down to earth and genuinely cares about everyone that walks through his door. The staff are wonderful and I couldn't be happier. Dog friendly and just friendly on general it's a great environment. Deuce is the goodest boy.

No more skepticism!! Today I found that I not only don’t have carpal tunnel but that my body has been trying to compensate for trauma that occurred years ago, most likely being my concussions, wreaking havoc on my neck at the cervical joint where my nerves stretch down my arm. Doing PT NEVER would have helped my symptoms.
Self-care is now at the… top of my list! No, adjustments can not cure the common cold but I strongly recommend checking out Dr. Duke and team to see how they can help you feel better than you may already feel! Adjustments can help with so many things.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Dukes chiropractic care. I went in with a major, extremely painful pinched nerve in my neck due to misalignment and all sorts of other things and I had been in pain for months.
Dr. Duke provided almost instant relief and the tightness in my neck kept getting better over time. I haven't had pain in months but still go back from time to time to keep on top of it. The office is clean comfortable and professional. No long waits, in and out and on with your day. Just the way I like it! Highly recommend.

As a fitness instructor/boutique studio owner and multi-sport athlete, keeping my spine healthy is extremely important. Dr. Duke is very skilled at working around existing anatomical issues and prescribes a treatment protocol that is not only safe, but effective. He's approachable and really does care about his patients. The staff is great and billing is straightforward. I love that I can grab EPIC and GUTSEY bars, which are a clean food staple for anyone who cares about nutrition. It's great to be able to get a quick chair massage too. My favorite part of the practice is the flexible appointment

Front desk staff is professional and welcoming. They answered all of my questions. If you ask to see “the boss” you’ll be introduced to the sweetest little office cat, Belle. She likes to be scratched under her jaw bone. Great atmosphere/culture with an emphasis on educating their patients. I would reccomend to a friend

If you want Chiropractic services or massage by a licenced massage therapist this is the only place to go. The genuinely care about your well being. Certainly a Family environment. Resonable fees. During the month of March your initial exam including xrays are free. I have been seeing Dr Duke since June of 2016. I have seen dramatic changes. The addition of Nate Waterman, LMT, is fantastic. The first real massage I have experienced and can't wait for my next session.

Dr Duke office pressures you to sign extensive treatment contract and is not honest about your insurance coverage. They have "ambulance chasing "practice focused on collecting money and trying to pressure you to use your accidental insurance for any reason." Stay away" from this office and Dr Duke. Doctor provided misleading diagnosis and was untruthful about my coverage in order to receive cash payments

Dr. Duke has helped my neck tremendously. I've been to a lot of chiropractors and he really knows what he's talking about. You need a chiropractor who has the skills to give good adjustments to the whole body for long term results, not just a quick fix, and that's his philosophy. I really respect what Dr Duke does and my family is really grateful for his care!!!

My opinion of Duke Chiropractic is that they are focussed on making money and not on wellness. They are all about marketing themselves. Within a couple of days after my first visit, I was put under pressure to sign an extensive treatment contract for 72 future visits totalling $6070. If I signed right there, I could get a discount!!! Of course I did not. That would be my last visit there. I also told them I didn't want the bills submitted to my insurance and I would, and did, pay for them in full at the 3 visits I made.
