Techicisn came Christmas Eve day to jey the sewer line under the house. He was prompt, couteous and efficient and made suggestions for the next steps to take when we are not paying premium holiday prices. This company also slip lined our drain ftom the house to the street a few years ago. Great service and price. They are now our go-to plumbers

Ed was very knowledgeable, honest, and kind. He had steered us away from lining our pipes (as it was recommended by another company) which would have likely caused issues in the long run. We are very thankful for Ed being so straightforward and honest with his recommendations. He also spent the time mapping out our sewer line without knowing if we would pick him for the job. Brandon was very professional, thorough, polite and so knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do for a house that was built over 93 years ago. The crew was punctual, professional, extremely friendly and reliable! They showed up right on time every day of the job. Ryan gave me a report at the beginning of the day and end of the day. Justin, the field supervisor, also stopped a few times to check progress and keep us informed. The other crew members were very professional and respectful. They replaced our plumbing and cleaned up after themselves amazingly well both in our basement and outside of our house. Their back fill concrete work was very impressive! They are even sending a guy back out to clean up the job site more once the concrete

I had Mr Sewer replace my main sewer line running under my house. It was a difficult job and required tearing up my laundry room, pantry and garage floors. Ryan, Bill, Glen and Noah did a great job. They kept me informed on what would occur in the repair, let me know each day about their arrival time and did a great job.
Unfortunately on what was to be the last day of clean up there were some scheduling issues which cause the job not finish until a week after expected.
Mr Sewer has a good crew and does great work.
I would recommend them for main sewer line replacement.

Terrible company to deal with. Every single step involved in getting my sewer replaced was painful. Lied to three times about follow up work they promised to do. The original work wasn't done right and I was forced to deal with a backing up sewer for three weeks before I could be graced with their presence. I was promised stone and dirt for the sinkage, now I have to pay it out of pocket. Do yourself a favor and look for another company.

First thing you need to know about these guys is they're honest. That above all is the most important thing to me in a contractor. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and had my best interest in mind. The person I spoke with on the phone was polite. I was texted a confirmation/reminder. And the representative showed up on time. I had a great experience.

We had to have a sewer trap replaced in an 125 year old house. It required digging 11 feet down to find the junction, which was practically under our porch. During this process, we also discovered a 25 year old defunct (but live) water main into the house that needed to be permanently shut off. Mr. Sewer did both of these jobs + coordinated with the county and city for required inspections. Rob was great + professional. They did a great job + I highly recommend. The price was very competitive.

I called for an appointment late yesterday afternoon (my issue was not yet a crisis and I had evening plans, so waiting til the next morning was no problem). I asked for a price and he gave me a ballpark...unlike those other guys that wait until they are in your house before talking numbers
He said he'd be there by 7:15, he pulls up at 7:00 and 45 mins later he's gone and things are flowing great. Nothing like that wind tunnel sound when water goes down the drain
