I agree with all posts but one here. Ram answered the call immediately, was on site within one hours to assess and back in two with product after running out over the weekend. Did an absolutely 100% professional job at a reasonable rate. Would recommend and return if I had more garages. Job well done.

The Technician who serviced our old door did an absolutely outstanding job, fast and completely first rate in every way. He took an old door that was worn out, with noise, worn rollers, and a tired drive chain. When he left an hour later, the door worked and sounded new, quiet, smooth and better than new functionally. I would give my strongest recommendation that anyone needing this service use DGD, and keep and share their name and number.

Was very disappointed in Tec . I knew the problem was in eye sensors ,and first thing, he was trying to sell me new garage door openers. His price quotes were extremely high. I paid him for the service call, and told him to hit the road. I played around with eye sensors aliment and got it working myself. I would not recommend Desert Garage Doors.

Sunday afternoon, 7/23/17, the garage door wouldn't open after hearing what sounded like a shotgun blast. I suspected one of the springs had broken. I Googled "garage door repair" and the first company who came out wanted a minimum of $900 which included very expensive springs, $249 each, new cables, a $100 tune-up, et al. That was for the "Good" repair and price went up exponentially for "Better" and "Best" at $1,500.00. No kidding!

Had a major garage door issue this evening and found an awesome garage door repair company. Family owned company, really amazing repair guy-Ram. Showed up when he said he would, was very nice and did a great job. This was an emergency call and he showed up at 8:30pm as promised and had it working better than it had before it broke. The price was not inflated like many large companies charge for an emergency call. Give them some business!!

Ram just left my house after doing a garage door spring replacement. He showed up in a timely manner (they have same day service). My garage door spring wasn't broken, but it certainly was making noise. He replaced the spring and did a tune-up of the rest of the system in about 30 minutes. Ram was very professional and pleasant. My only concern is that even with a discount, I felt the end cost was a little high. However, in the land of choosing two out of the following three: cheap, fast, and good, I was perfectly fine with fast and good in this instance.
