Dr. Chris Bessey is a native of Houston, Texas, and a diehard Houston Texans fan. He attended undergraduate school at the Brigham Young University- Idaho, where he majored in Exercise Physiology before heading back home to attend dental school at the University of Texas School of Dentistry- Houston.

This dental office is by far the best I have taken my kids too. I was using Hempstead dental, but the new staff they have there , they are just so rude, when I brought my children here, to waller dental, everyone has smiling faces, Dr Gonzales what are you doing no no you're done now you're done now you're done now you're just going to be here go was so great with my kids and listened to them , my daughter who is about to be 12, was so afraid of the dentist and now she can't wait for her next check up!!!!

At 59 years old, I have spent too many hours in a dentist office. However, Waller Dental has changed my mind about going to the dentist. I am in the final stages of getting two implants, and the experience has been impressive. First, and most important for me, there has been no pain. Dr. Faraj, who installed the implants, was professional and thoroughly explained the process, and he seamlessly handed me off to Dr. Gonzales who is completing the service. The teamwork and cooperation from the entire staff reminded me why I love living in a small town.

I’ve been seen 3 times and almost every time, something has gone wrong. I live over 30 minutes away so it’s a bit of a drive to get there. The first time I tried to be
seen, they called when I was right around the corner and said they had to cancel because they had no water. Frustrating, but stuff happens. Oh well. Turned around, went all the way back home and rescheduled for the next day. Last time I showed up for my appointment, I waited for 20 minutes only to be told they could not see me because they didn’t have internet. Not 100% sure why that meant they couldn’t clean my teeth, but

The staff here makes going to the dentist bearable. Everyone is friendly and always willing to answer any questions you may have. All the work they have done on my teeth has been exceptional. I've had 2 dental cleanings, 3 fillings, and braces. A plus for me was that the amount of time I was told I would have my braces for never changed. Hands down a great dentistry.

Worst experience ever. The place it self is nice & clean. They gave me gold crowns without even asking what did I prefer seems like they just assumed I wanted gold when I didn't . So it took months for my crowns to come in. When they finally did they where gold. So glad I looked over & seen that before she placed them. Why not white like the rest of my teeth ?? It's a lot more that brother me, but I'll be typing for a days , it was just a horrible experience
