Sarah has been practicing in the mental health field for over ten years. She has a Master's of Social Work degree from the University of Cincinnati, and is Independently Licensed in the State of Ohio. Her areas of focus are depression, anxiety, adolescent issues, women's issues, anger management, boundary setting, stress management, social anxiety, self-worth, and mood regulation.

I had called Anette, the front door receptionist to tell her I needed to talk to my counselor, Linda Ballunka (sp?). I have been going here for approximately 4 years on and off. I had an emergency situation where I just needed to talk to her. So Anettte told Linda to call me. Well she called me on a private phone number (Anonymous), and she had time to talk, but she said she just wanted to leave the place, told me I had but a few seconds to describe my issue, I mentioned I may have to go to the hospital, she's like, well then go there. I think it’s a decent places the counselors are well educated, the people at the front desk or very professional which I think sometimes can be taken as cold, a lot of the people that come in though our already down and sad and so somebody that seems cold seems to be negative when they’re actually just being more office professional.

Horrible people. Incredibly condescending staff who will talk down to you and insult you. We were referred there by our peditrician so that our son could get checked for a variety of issues centered around his struggling to read. Having no grasp on why we were there, they accuse my wife of trying to get them to diagnose my son to help her with a divorce?

I went for my child's behavioral/emotional difficulties. Recommended by Dayton Children's mental health liaisons. My very first impression, from the business website, to speaking with the receptionists to make an appointment, to the facility's appearance, to the therapy techniques, showed that this company is disorganized, unprofessional, and out-dated. The staff is unfriendly and rude. I would not recommend this center.
