Bob helped us refinance our home. We are not bankers or mortgage experts so we relied heavily on Bob's expertise and experiences to help guide us along the way. The service and attention to our loan was what everyone expects but not many provide. Bob was on top of everything and really took the time to explain things so we could understand them. We have had our mortgage with Union Savings for 12 years and have been very satisfied. Their rates are consistently low and closing fees are much less than bigger institutions. We just sold our home and are buying a new home. Our loan officer, Chris Northup is very knowledgeable has made this process seamless for us. We highly recommend Union Savings!

The practices and actions of Union Savings Bank are nothing any borrower should experience. Take my advice, stay away. Their low-interest rates and nominal closing fees in comparison to other lenders are attractive to individuals looking to borrow in the most cost effective manner. Their lending practices are immoral are profoundly illegal. My lending experience with Union Savings Bank was exceptionally problematic. The appraised value of my home was changed four times under what I believe was great pressure by the bank (illegal). As if getting to closing wasn't hard enough, fifteen minutes

Worst experience I could ask for. Started out by asking a couple of questions. Loan officer (Mark Cooper) apparently just pushed everything through the process without listening to anything I had to say. Charged money to my credit card before I had a chance to review paperwork, which not only is wrong in itself but I had even specifically said I did not want anything charged until I could review payment numbers. Very slow/almost no communication over a two month period of time. Cost me hundreds of dollars and wasted my time for nothing. Considering a BBB complaint at the least, or file a complaint
