Refuses to follow schd guidelines and won't set vaccination appointments for sc residents that qualify. How evil do you have to be to tell someone who qualifies no when you have it. Reported to the state. Have fun with that. Edit: what a copout. You're vaccinating highschoolers while denying qualified phase 3 residents. Stop lying.

My dad was on his death bed back in Feb. I made one last trip to the drug store to pick up his medication. It was when Covid first. I asked the lady at the front desk if It was ok if I had my mask on. I pulled it down. She said yes. A female pharmacist came screeching around yelling that I'm scaring people because my mask was BLACK...
I ended up risking my father and I's lives by taking it off. Then I wait for what seemed like forever in line, and then she tells me to put on a mask, buit not my black mask. A nice, safe, not-scary, white and blue mask. Black one is just way too scary

I love the small store feel of Dandurand! The customer service is exceptional and they carry what I need, including specialty compounds or liquids. I needed a liquid pain medication that was low sugar after major surgery. It was no problem for them and relatively inexpensive compared to the "big" drug stores.

I've been going there since it opened and have seen at least 5 different pharmacists. The new one that started a few months ago will run this pharmacy into the ground. People don't go to large box pharmacies because there is no customer service, no relationships built with a pharmacist. This new pharmacist could care less about relationships and definitely doesn't care about customer service. Mike and Ben Dandurand are great people, I hope they come to realize why people go to dandurands to begin with. It's customer service and relationships. I hope Ben comes back to the West store or it won't
