Not reliable Company at all. My car supposed to be shipped in 2 days, that’s what I paid for. But now it is the 5th days they have not shipped it. It is very short distance from Houston to El Paso.
The driver and Management are unprofessional, they referring me to call driver and find the status. When I am calling driver he does not have the exact delivery date. They are kept saying Maybe Maybe this and that day. Disappointed it is been 5 days still waiting

Nationwide Auto Transport has provided me an excellent service. They had provided me a competitive quote and never increased the price. They were able to find a transported the very same day and my vehicle was picked up the next day, and was delivered from Colorado to New Jersey 3 days earlier than promised. The support team always picked up my phone and answered my queries. My vehicle had been delivered in an excellent condition. I will do business with them again, if I get a chance!

First let me state stay away from this company they are absolutely terrible. They provided me initially a quote and called me and said the driver wanted more money come to find out their broker just trying to increase their fee. I was using using another company provided by the dealer but they said they could pick it up the next day my brand new car from Gainesville Florida to Denver Colorado instead of waiting a week I proceeded as I would have at my home in 5 to 7 days. First of all, I was given a price of $810 to transport my vehicle. After waiting close to 48 hours, I STARTED calling them asking what was going on. Each time the promised to return my call in 3 hrs with more information. Finally at around 10PM they called and said they would be charging over $1,300 but would be happy to deliver my vehicle. (this is after the courtesy period had expired and was now paying lot fee's...)

If you care about your vehicle, use another carrier. We used them recently and our vehicle was returned with a busted tail light and grease all over the interior ( pic was taken after we cleaned it ourselves ). The driver didn't speak english and didn't allow my wife to add any notes to the bill of lading and now both GNC Transporting and Nationwide Auto Transport do not reply to emails or phone calls. This is after I've used them 4 times in the past year for cross country moves. I have spent a total of $4,800 with them in one year and they do not seem to care about my business enough to reply

I had began booking about three weeks prior to my move from Colorado to California. I decided to start early in order to be certain that everything went smoothly especially since I had not shipped a vehicle before. I was quoted one price and 3 days before my move date, Nationwide called to state that “the driver is charging this price now” (+$130 more that the advertised quotation I had expected), then 1 day prior to our big move, I received a call from the driver that his truck broke down and would not be ready for my shipment that weekend. The communication was absolutely awful. The vehicle did not come as promised. I was treated poorly by multiple representatives. My car was filthy both inside and out from the driver bringing in melted snow and road slush into the car's interior, including all seats, center console and dash. I would understand if it was on the floor mats only but it was the entire inside of the car. The car arrived with no damage, which is the best case scenario. There was oil all over the vehicle, however. I didn't report because I wasn't confident the conversation would go anywhere with the customer service team. The issue I had was with their scheduling and customer care. Excellent experience. I needed to ship a new car from CA to WA. I got several quotes from different companies. The quotes were all within ten dollars of each other. I choose Nationwide Auto Transportation because of how friendly, attentive, and detail oriented the scheduler, Nick, was. The actual driver was also awesome. It is difficult moving, and they made my life significantly easier with regular follow ups and answering any and all questions that I have (which is a lot)! Paying a little more for a peace of mind goes a long way with the stress of moving!
The drivers had called me before and after picking up my car, with a personal messaging service as well! they are great with delivering the car over to me as well.
My car was delivered to me in perfect condition, without any issues as well!
