As I write this, it has been about 6 months since I purchased land in the area. It was important to buy the right place because I plan to build a home for my retirement there. I had several places of interest picked out, but Kevin found a far better location. He spent a great deal of time with us and knew far more about how to find what I wanted than I did! He is a genuine and helpful person, and I will be always eternally grateful for this. The bottom line is that Kevin Liimata will put your needs first along with using his knowledge of the Keewenaw.
