Home care is absolutely essential for so many of our cherished seniors. We are passionate about delivering high-quality home care in an atmosphere of respect and safety!. We are an independent, non-profit nurse registry operated by medical professionals with many years of experience in care and rehabilitation of adults and seniors.
Philip O'Connor, along with his wife Linda, founded Home-Call Healthcare in Northeast Florida in 2014. After decades of experience in Occupational Therapy practice and administration, as well as rehabilitation of people recovering from surgery and diseases associated with aging, he was inspired to help address the need for in-home health care services for seniors.
We know that everyone is special, so we make extraordinary efforts for our community by adding value in how we treat our families, patients, and staff members. We are committed to providing high-quality, client-centered and affordable nursing services for our clients to assist them to live dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
Our board of directors is comprised of R.N.s with experience in cardiology and home health care, and practicing physical and occupational therapists. Home-Call Healthcare Corporation is a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. All donations to the Home-Call Healthcare are tax deductible.

Home-Call Healthcare is an amazing facility to have as a homecare or staffing service provider. Phil and Linda are good at staffing caregivers to match the needs of the clients. They want to ensure a positive experience for elders in the community whom choose to stay home for their healthcare or non healthcare related needs.

Home-Call Healthcare is a great company to work for. The Owners and people in the office are always very professional, friendly and pleasant. The incentive pay you get every quarter really help out. I love getting that extra pay and not having to work for it. It is an appreciation pay from the owners of the company. Home-Call Healthcare is a non- profit nurse registry. I highly recommend Home Call Health Care. Linda and Phil O'Connor are 2 of the best in elder health care with a great deal of experience in nursing and physiotherapy. They have assembled a great team of people under them and a great system to deliver care well yet cost effectively. When you meet Phil and Linda you will also be meeting two of the nicest people you could hope to meet and this permeates down..
