The federal estate tax can take a heavy toll on your legacy if you have enjoyed a significant degree of financial success. This levy carries a 40 percent maximum rate, so it can really erode your legacy if you are exposed to it. Fortunately, most Americans do not have to pay the tax, because there is a high credit or exclusion.

I wanted to place a review of my experience with the Montgomery Law Firm, this is due to the POOR communication and services I have received from this office. I came to Montgomery Law Firm due to a previous case handled by Ms. Sara Roberts, I have worked with her in the past and was very satisfied with her performance. I was told she was working with Montgomery Law Firm and reached out to her due to her professionalism from my last accident. Sara Roberts was the last person to give me an actual case update and this was October of 2019. I have reached out to a few people at the Montgomery Law Firm

Hunter Montgomery and the staff at Montgomery Law Firm, LLC, are a pleasure to work with. Hunter's attention to detail and vast knowledge of estate planning is, by far, well above the caliber of other estate planning attorneys in the Bluffton, Beaufort, and Hilton Head areas. If you decide to work with Hunter, you will be treated with respect and compassion. I highly recommend engaging Hunter Montgomery as counsel for any estate planning, probate, or trust administrations.
