Small Dogs & Cats welcome with 1 time fee and $25 extra for cat $50 extra for dog pet fee per month. We accept applications in the order they are received, in the event there are multiple applications for the same apartment we will try to offer you an identical apartment or add you to our waiting list.

My landlord Collen is great the complex is very neat and comfortable the apartment sizes are fantastic if you would like to be in a compassionate homey environment this is definitely the place to be! The maintenance guy jay in our building is amazing and all your needs are met whenever needed. Definitely a great place to be!

Jay the super is also wonderful. He does repairs in an expeditious manner and is always courteous.

I've been a resident of autumn acres for several years now and I can say Colleen the property manager is always available when needed and resolves issues in a timely manner. The property is well kept and living here has been an enjoyable experience. I won't sit here and say there hasn't been bumps In the road because there have been but as I've mentioned before Colleen always gets the job done.
