I signed up with a door to door sales person. Never used a pest control company and seemed reasonable. I requested Monday services because I have a big dog and I'm home. They come every 2 months. I have not had any pests inside my house, but the ants seem to still pop up. I have had them out once to re apply. Now after almost 6 months they still cannot get a Monday service for me, even though 2 months ago they said they would......they did finally update my request. We will see if it continues. I do have to say that I have not seen any pest service n side my house.

This company couldn't kill a snail with a salt shaker. Don't get sold on their "deal of a life time." They over promise, and severely under deliver. The spray I get from Home Depot does more damage than this company. Oh, and I was told that they treat for termites, that definitely was wrong. I'm starting to questing what they treat for.
We had an ant problem which they sprayed for, left granules and said that everything was golden. Over the next 2 weeks, we kept finding alive ants throughout our house, in rooms that they sprayed. I called and they came out for a follow

Where to start with this company...first and foremost, I have more pests now than when they started. They do offer to come and "retreat" the area. The tech that showed up to our home smelled like he bathed in an ashtray. No way would I ever let someone in my home that smelled this bad and how someone could show up for work like that and it go unmentioned is beyond me. I had him spray the outside of the home only. (This was in June) Today (Aug) the tech showed up while I was sleeping and I was unable to get to the door in time. No service was completed yet my card was still charged for

Bunch of scammers. I signed up for a quarterly service for $269 and the salesman told me they were doing a pre-emergent and that in 3 weeks or so they would do a second treatment free. I called and asked for the second treatment and they knew nothing about it and already had me on schedule for a quarterly treatment after only 5 weeks not 90 days. Their gig is to get you to do 5 or 6 'quarterly' services claiming their 'automated system schedules for them' so you pay out the nose for their over scheduling of bad service. Bad Bad Bad. Sorry I did business with them.

DO NOT use this company! This product does not work and I have seen more scorpions, wolf spiders and now black widows. Their solution to the problem is to have a technician come out and spray again and follow up every two weeks! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on ARMOR's treatments of every 3 months. Terrible customer service! I

Signed a year contract with them last August. We have seen multiple scorpions since and just got stung last Saturday. I asked them to come out and was told soonest would be a week and a half from now. They had no problem taking my payments each month but service visitations were greater than 60 days apart. I paid extra to break the contract. I warn you not to do business with them.

My afternoon started off with an unsolicited visit by a salesperson from Armor Pest Defense. Even though I have a "No Soliciting" sign clearly posted near my front door, this person knocked multiple times while I was in the process of homeschooling my child.
After reluctantly answering the door, the first thing I noticed was that he was not wearing a mask.....during a pandemic. Not good. His sales pitch was the typical "we're in the neighborhood" and "people are seeing spiders", etc. Not only predictable, but quite laughable, actually!

Had one of their door to door salesman stop at my house. Am currently looking for a new exterminator because past ones didn't work. Was told it would be 15$ for the first month then 30 every following month.
Lies I had been given by the sales rep Michael include:
