Irvin's legal career began in 1999 when he began the Irvin Firm in Columbia, Mississippi (MS). Since then he has served as a Public Defender for Marion County, MS; Assistant (Asst.) In addition to his legal experience, Atty. Irvin has over 10 years of experience in academia to include serving as Adjunct Professor at Pearl River Community College in Poplarville, MS; Asst.

My brother was appointed Charles and he wouldn’t reach out to my brother or his parents. His secretary was rude when someone did get her on the phone. Found out Charles along with holmes county sheriffs department was being paid by the victim’s sister (family) to keep my brother incarcerated! I wouldn’t recommend him!!

Receptionist is very rude, I called looking for help with my fiancé case, she asked me about the case and was talking to me like she was a lawyer and she is not, I just wanted a consultation and instead was bashed. With them being African American please do better we count on you.

I was in way over my head and needed someone to represent me honestly and earnestly so I hired Charles Irvin to handle my case. He was professional and timely. I always felt that Charles and his office where available to talk to me, address my concerns, and the outcome of my case was alot better than I could have expected. Very unhappy with Irvin's Law practices. He lost a very easy case, I had home surveillance video and a false narrative written by dirty cops He didn't use any of it. I appeal this case myself used the evidence and won it. I wouldn't hire this guy for absolutely anything... If I could give him 0 stars I would!

Very unhappy with Irvin's service. He plays both sides, he was at one time a public pretender which I didn't know at the time I let him take on my case. He sold me out cause me to loss my case. Didnt present any of my very strong evidence which was a video surveillance and a statement full of lies. He let the prosecutor do whatever they wanted and just went alone. He questioned my witness as if he was on the prosecutor side. Now that I have talked to other people about him they have said the same about him. He's straight trash. I wouldn't hire him to handle a written will, never less let him take

I’m not one to leave reviews. But in this case, Irvin Law, PLLC definitely deserves a positive review for their commitment to extraordinary customer service. When I call in, no matter who I speak with, they are always courtesy and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure my questions are answered. But what I love most is just how they make me feel. They really make me feel important, that my business means something and is special to them. There aren’t many companies out there that do this anymore, and I highly recommend them to my friends and family.
