I used to love this business. It has gone down dramatically in customer service since Tara, the agent i was used to dealing with, left. They seem to be too busy, and uncaring about the customers. I will be looking for another agency. I was waiting today to make a payment to reinstate my insurance, all I got from them were complaints about how busy they are staying, how many people they talk to and how they get no break. Not only that, but I waited 20 minutes while they were looking for my paperwork, instead of them simply coming to ask why I was there. There was only one very friendly lady with

Love this company. The staff their are really helpful and down to earth.
