I have called the office for the last 3 days requesting my most recent paystub. No one has returned my voicemails and when I finally did speak to payroll at 8:30 am the lady told me she would get them emailed over to me. After 2 hours I decided to call back to check the status of the email, she promised she would send it by the end of the day, it’s now 5:52 pm and I still have NOTHING. Can someone please help me???

The agency is professional, supportive, and understand the need of others.
I love my caregiver, Elaine. She takes initiative on any care or chores I need done. I let her run the household with her schedule on chores, laundry, and errands. She's very professional. I would recommend her for future employment if needed. I just hope she stays on with me for a very long while.

I've been with Ultimate for almost 4 years. Ultimate has been a very excellent and family orient company!! They care about their clients/patients. I just love the girl at the front desk YAZMIN she always assist in whatever I need and as well as my Supervisor SIMON always do helpful and kind and very nice. If you need any type of home healthcare I would highly suggest this home healthcare service. It’s been a wonderful place to work at and I'm sure for many more yr's to come!
