The service techs arrived within the set appointment time and installed the water heater without any issues or added costs. After I purchased the Rheem Water Heater from Home Depot, Professor Plumb did everything to make this house project go very easily.

Nick, Tylor and Richard did a great job installing all new Pex pipe in my home. They are a very professional team. Everything from coming out to look at the job, getting an estimate and then having the work done was done exactly when I was told it would be. We had a non-working water shut-off under the kitchen sink causing us to be unable to turn off the water supply to our leaking refrigerator. We called one afternoon and were immediately scheduled for a first appointment the next morning. The company texted me when the technician was en route and he arrived on time. Mr. Matt Morris was friendly, knowledgeable, quick to assess the problem, and devise a solution. He fixed our needs in a very timely fashion, explained all he did, and went the extra mile while repairing our existing faulty lines and installing the new parts. We are extremely pleased

We have used Professor Plumb for over 4 years, and have always been very pleased with their work. They are always prompt, courteous, and do very good work. We had to get a line changed out today so the ice maker would work on our new refrigerator. Matt Morris came today, and had the refrigerator hooked up in no time. He was very personable and competent. He will return soon to replace two outside frost-free faucets which he is ordering
