Received flowers in a glass square vase. There was tape all over the top of the vase that apparently held the flowers in place. The scotch tape was then attached down the sides of the vase. So unprofessional. Looked like they were thrown together by an amateur.
I tossed them shortly after they arrived.What a waste of money for the person who sent them. They should be given a refund.

We received an arrangement for our Dad's MN service when he passed away in July 2019. UNC Charlotte selected Moonlight for the arrangement and it was one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever received. I was only saddened to leave it in MN when I returned to Charlotte. I was able to bring several white roses from the arrangement and had them crafted into beads for earrings for immediate family members. Many thanks for such a wonderful arrangement of flowers!!

One of the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever received. The flowers are super fresh and when I sent a pic of them to my niece who ordered them for me, she was so happy with them also. And a shout out to Victor, the delivery man, who went above and beyond to find a neighbor to accept them for me because I was at work. Such a nice and professional person. Delivered flowers a day late. I was on the phone canceling the order when they finally arrived. So, I told them on the phone they arrived and they said they would cancel the refund. I hang up and get a call from my gf saying they came back and took the flowers because I cancelled. I talk to the guy on the phone while he was still there and explained to him the situation and that they were a day late, but they stopped the refund and everything should be fine. The guy said he had to take the flowers back and walked out with them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

My sister in law ordered a floral bouquet with wildflowers and tall grasses to commemorate the anniversary of my son's passing. I was quite surprised by the delivery and the beautiful gesture. When I sent her a picture thanking her the BASKET OF PLANTS, she told me this was NOT what she paid for. She called the business 3 times and left messages. Finally someone called her back and told her the order would be rectified, and that the arrangement she ordered would be delivered in exchange for the plant that was wrongly delivered. Someone sent a funeral arrangement for my mother in laws service from this company. It was AWFUL! the flowers were clearly old, they used a vase from several years ago ( I am a retired florist and remember the vase from 2008). I would never recommend them. When I tried communicate with them they said they couldn't find the paperwork for the order so they couldn't help me!! Wish I would have had the sense to take a photo.

They messed up. I ordered flowers to be picked up on Friday afternoon at 4:30. When I go there they were closed and gone. I called them. They answered and said they forgot about my order. They said someone was close by and would open the door for me. I assumed that meant 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes, then left. I got called 35 minutes later asking where I was. So they lied that they were close too.
