Super Tee's can print up to 9 colors and we use only the highest quality inks available. The highest quality durable tread is used on all embroidery which can include up to 12 colors per item.
Screen ready artwork is defined as color separated positive images with clean sharp lines that does not require alterations. It has to be digitially input into certain drawing or vector programs for film output for screen printing.
Low resolution jpegs, bitmaps, photocopies, sketches, business cards or other printed products, images from the internet such as Custom Ink designs, MS Word, Power Point presentations are not considered screen ready artwork.Please convert ALL TEXT to outlines, curves or paths. I worked with Sammy and Amber, who both must hate their job because their attitude was piss poor. It was always me making things harder and felt like everytime I asked about the process I was made to feel I was wrong. I just can't spend money on a business that lacks the basis of professionalism, too many other better business to choose from.

Absolutely unprofessional, we have used this company multiple times though they have a great product and a higher price I felt it was worth it. Until I encountered them recently. I run a small business myself & understand that mistakes are made. That being said my order was repeatedly changed due to EMPLOYEE ERROR and MISCOMMUNICATION. I put in a order with the promise that I would be receiving the shirts my technicians NEED in a months time, when I arrived the order was only half. Great customer service. We designed our own shirts and Super Tees created them! We began the process in good time - preparing for a race we were putting on. In the end... we had to wait for the last minute as people continued to sign up and we got the final order to them a little late. But - they STILL got us our order BEFORE our deadline! And delivered with a smile on their faces! Thank you Super Tees! I will go back next year!

For a family-owned business, I have found them to be the LEAST friendly and accommodating people to work with. I have been there on three separate occasions for three different reasons and have been told no within 2 minutes of walking in the door. Not once was I offered alternatives or suggestions. I've ordered shirts for my sales team from them a couple of times. The last order total was under $400. I needed them quickly so I paid $80 to rush them. Which is 20% of the order total. I went to pick them up the day they were supposed to ready. The receptionist, told me unless they called you they won't be ready until the end of the day.
