I worked with Jones on a design project using plans provided by my architect for a new construction building. Their design team failed to provide my construction team with the drawings needed for completion of the project resulting in additional time and cost to construct a portion needed for the sign that couldn’t be bid due to the error. I had the needed portion of the project completed at my cost and reached an agreement for reimbursement from Jones as the full sign install, including the portion of the drawings not provided, was their responsibility. This company is absolutely absurd they can't even get the specifications right that were handed to them by Osceola County not a difficult thing to do especially for a company that's supposed to know how to make and install a sign and then threatens us with a lein for not paying them. You are not getting paid until the job is done correctly
