Services
We offer personalized training in several formats. We offer true 1:1 personal training as well as distance coaching. Distance coaching provides your nutrition and workout plans via email, requires you to check in with results weekly, and is a much cheaper alternative to traditional personal training.
We want to be upfront on our pricing and not hide behind a veil hoping you'll walk in the door then throw you a crazy sales pitch. We offer one of the cleanest facilities in Tuscaloosa County and some of the best training to go with it for anyone interested in personal training! You don't even have to be a member here to take advantage of our online training programs!

We are located in Fosters, only a 12-15 minute drive from Tuscaloosa, and we charge a fraction of the price of many locations in town, plus minimal crowding makes working out on your favorite equipment more accessible!

Number 1 it's close to home. It's open 24 hours a day I can go anytime. The owners are wonderful. They help me with my workouts and help adjust them as needed. I haven't been to a gym in 20 years. They didn't laugh at me, told me they would help me and have. I've been going for almost 2 months now and have lost 8 lbs and 11 inches. Doesn't sound like much, but to me is a great start!! It's a great place to go, for a small place, they have a lot of equipment.
