Built an iconic and expensive sign to specifications other than what I signed off for, charged just as much as the original, planned larger sign was supposed to cost, installed it off center, refused to correct it, pushed me to just accept it and pay for it and be happy about it. Failed in installation of other smaller signs, installers showed up randomly and did not talk through installs first, damaged walls, etc. Owner refused to meet with me and not customer oriented at all. Every sign was a problem and not handled well on top of that. Should not have even given a second job to them.
