From kitchen and bath remodeling, to home additions, complete house renovations, new home building and more, Creative Design offers complete construction management of residential and commercial projects from the initial planning stage to final completion.
The intent of phase one is to explore design and material options enabling us to develop a conceptual plan and recommended budget for the proposed project. We will interview the client to assess their needs and take detailed measurements of the proposed space to be renovated. We will provide one or more design options to be presented in the form of conceptual floor plans.

A 1 million dollar+ renovation and my house is falling apart! From start to finish this company was and is a nightmare. Numerous attempts have been made to speak to Glen Lumia, the owner. No response...just a run around for over a year. Completely dissatisfied.
I am happy to update that Creative Design did eventually address and fix all my issues. They even were nice enough to extend our warranty two years.
