If you need braces then this place is only good for that and will take the more money grabbing customers with braces in more consideration than any other orthodontic condition.
If you have TMJ disorder or Lockjaw they will reschedule appointments without consulting you and make you wait 30-45 min +++ until they see you even though it already takes me an hour to get there and another hour there wasted and hour back home. I’ve asked to replace my equipment 6 months ago and was okay with the cost but refused since it wasn’t broken enough. With a life altering condition to where it’s difficult

Dr. Neale and his staff are amazing!! I’ve been blown away by the service and care that they have provided. They are extremely attentive. I feel like I am in great hands. Getting braces as an adult hasn’t been the most fun, but they have gone out of their way to put me at ease and make accommodations.
