The idea of facing any legal issue can be emotionally challenging and complex. Whether you are looking to resolve a family law issue, need an attorney's guidance during a real estate transaction, or more, you can trust our attorneys to have your back.

Rather than working with a large firm where you are simply one of a number of clients, our Galveston lawyers are in a small, local office and are able to provide a high level of service while focusing on your specific needs. We understand that each case is as unique as the parties involved and take the time to learn about your life before creating a tailored strategy.
Services
The Law Offices and Mediation Center of Susan M. Edmonson is a small law firm dedicated to helping our clients resolve their legal issues. Unlike larger firms, our firm is small enough to focus on each client's specific needs and goals. We provide the highest quality legal services available in Galveston County.
Susan is a native Galvestonian and has lived in Galveston Bay Area her entire life. She was educated in the public school system in Galveston and Seabrook, graduating from Clear Lake High School. She is a summa cum laude graduate of The University of St. Thomas in Houston with a B.A. in political science and a graduate of South Texas College of Law in Houston.
Catherine had recently graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. majoring in Linguistics and English when she returned in 2006 to attend the grand opening of the Galveston location of her mother Susan's practice. Though just in town for the party, Susan hoped her daughter's love of the Gulf Coast would draw her back.
Licensed since 1983, Rebecca has been with The Law Offices and Mediation Center of Susan M. Edmonson for over 10 years. When opening her office in Galveston, Susan reached out to the most highly skilled local attorneys inviting them to join her firm. Rebecca, who had just successfully finished a lengthy litigation case and was ready for a new challenge, accepted.
Andrew is a 1990 graduate of Ball High School, a 1999 graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, and holds a B.A. from Southwestern University, an LL.M. from the University of Houston Law Center, and an M.B.A. from Sul Ross State University.
