Jorge Gonzalez is very caring and responsible. As out of state customer, I couldn't be there in person. Jorge has been putting efforts and time to work with me, even stayed up late several times to get on the phone with me due to our time zone differences. During the quotation process, he patiently explained the details to me and tirelessly to work on the quote meeting the requirements and fitting my budget. Our house and separate garage were completely roofed on 10-7 -21 & 10-8-21.
The crew did an excellent job in installing the roofs.The owner Mr. Colin O'Brien, visited our home to discuss extra work that was requested.Mr. O'Brien came out during the installation to check the progress of the work and my satisfaction of the product and installation.Both were superb. I am very particular about having quality workmanship and Alliance Roofing is in that category.Could not even find one roofing nail after the crew cleaned up.If you want quality service & a quality product (GREAT WARRANTY) then Alliance

UPDATE:
After Collin, owner, saw this review, he reached out to me explaining he knew nothing about this and set about getting my gutters replaced. He hired a local contractor who'd showed up on time, and had everything done quickly where I saw no nails or other harmful debris laying around. The gutters do the job they're meant to do without any waterfalls. I'm grateful to Collin that he wasn't content knowing he had a dissatisfied customer and made every effort to correct the problem even though he had to ultimately lose money on this job.
Roofing was completed in a timely manner and done well

These guys did a BIG job for me. They replaced my entire fence and built this lovely deck. Whenever minor things happened, they were quick to make it right. It is a breath of fresh air to find a contractor who will stand behind their work. Their team lead, Jorge really cares about the customer.

Polite, knowledgeable, and motivated. Jorge Gonzalez (Sales Rep) with Alliance Roof and Fence visited my home shortly after a storm via Door knocking. Mentioned that my insurance company would help me with all storm related damage. Called in my claim shortly after I felt like I won the lottery. Not only did my roof get replaced but my entire fence as well. Both the roofing crew and fence crew did amazing work and were very helpful. Clean up was thorough and all done in a timely fashion. Other small projects were done as well. I highly recommend this company for any property renovation improvements
