Unfortunately My experience here has been negative, when I walk in no one was there but me 2 front desk lady and a patient who they were checking out. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledge, they saw I was there I did say hi but one was busy and the other was knitting something. Once the lady was done with her patient, she seemed to forget I was there so I went up and checked in. I went to to get a Invisalign consultation, which went well, Melissa is the one who helped me. As I left I said hi to another assistant I think she was and she totally ignored my hi. The people here just aren’t friendly.

The nurse/technician, I GUESS, did a good job. The dentist never showed up to check and confirm what the nurse/technician did. Also, I found it strange though I visit them pretty regularly, and they have my insurance and all details, they asked for the payment to be made before the services were completed. Indeed not in line with customer focus service.
