I JUST SPOKE WITH A LADY AT THE OFFICE OF TITAN CNSTRUCTION TO REPORT THAT OUR INTERNET LINE HAS BEEN CUT FOR THE THIRD TIME THIS MONTH BY CONSTRUCTION NEXT DOOR TO US. I ASKED IF THERE WAS A SITE SUPERVISOR THAT I COULD SPEAK WITH TO SEE IF THEY COULD SHORTEN OUR WAIT TIME WITH CENTURY LINK THAT HAD BEEN SET FOR 8 DAYS OUT SHE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT NOR THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSIST WITH THIS ISSUE AND THEN PROCEEDED TO HANG UP ON ME !!! THANKS FOR THE KINDNESS, EMPATHY AND ASSISTANCE !

We bought a house from Titan contracting in 2020. The house is very well done and beautiful. Titan has been great to work with and very responsive. Our Dishwasher unfortunately broke and without question they sent someone out to evaluate and paid for a new one! Highly recommend.

Titan went above and beyond fixing a plumbing issue! I am visiting my parents in Florida traveling down from Ohio, and discovered that my parents had an older model shower and toilet in need of repair. They were able to quickly gather the rare, required part, come to the house, and fix all the issues. Jarrett is of the utmost profession in servicing plumbing needs, and the owner assured us of a speedy repair that would enable my elder parents with mobility issues to be able to once again take a shower without risking a fall. Highly recommend! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable (not to mention patient with those that can't make a decision). They are ethical and not the least bit pushy. Definitely give them a call if you need a contractor. If they're your first call they'll likely be the last call you have to make!

Over the past 5 years i have had almost everything in my house remodeled by Clint green and his team at Titan Contracting. I have had nothing but stellar service every time and would recommend them to any one!!
