The absolute worse place to live, and the management is even worse. They have no idea what they’re doing or how to run any sort of business. They sit in their office all day long and do absolutely nothing but think about how they could make your stay worse. Highly recommend choosing any other apartment to live at

I filled out an application for these apartments at the end of September. I get approved and pay the deposit. They wouldn't have anything until around the 5th of November, cool. The lady told me she would call the end of October with my unit number and things I would need to get utilities turned on in my name. Ok, so the end of October came and went, still no communication through email or phone. November 5th is nearing, still no communication. I called on the 3rd to check on the status of the apartment. The lady tells me that they don't have a unit available so it would be more like the 15th of

This place is completely unprofessional and the their corporate Organization is also unprofessional. They are a health hazard waiting to happen they treat pending applications rude and the people who life there as well. They have roaches everywhere. The apartment smells like something died in the them. Please don’t give these people your money. And the Manager is completely unprofessional and is a liar. These people are untrustworthy.

My family and I have been living here for almost 2 years and on the weekdays you can find some decent parking spaces but during the weekend good luck. I understand having weekend guest but it’s not good for people who actually pay rent to have to drive around to find a parking spot. I am expecting twins and I have to park and walk from across the street apartments just to get to my building. They are good at doing work orders but now pest control won’t be able to come and spray we are starting to have roach problems. Also sometime in May, someone hit and destroyed my husband car which was parked

Live on the second floor. One of our steps down the only stairs we have collapsed underneath our neighbor whose wife and infant were RIGHT behind him. They notified management of the broken step Friday. Instead of fixing it, they put caution tape ACROSS the stairs, blocking access up or down completely instead of fixing it immediately. It is now Tuesday afternoon, 5 days later and it is still missing. My roommate has knee problems and other neighbors have a baby and yet the complex feels they can take their time with repairs. By the way, the rest of the steps look like they have rusted away exactly

Since day 1 we have had many problems. Moved in without a working refrigerator. Took them 2 weeks to get us one from a different apartment. One of the doors had a hole in it and they said they would order a new one, we have been here 6 months and still no new door. Our washing machine has been broken for a month and a half and I was told a new one would be purchased, still no working washing machine. If people smoke, it comes through your vents. Ants come through the windows. They are suppose to come and change the air filters every 3 months, but this does not happen on time and the same for pest
