I will never recommend them to anyone. I called them for my grandmother to junk her car and now she ended up paying a thousand dollars because he never took the car out of her name and he had the title in hand and gave the car to someone else to drive while still in her name. If you want to junk your car without problems don't call them! Wish I could give zero stars!

I tried calling many tow companies, either no answer, too expensive, rude, or no returned calls. In the other hand, Camel Towing picked up every time. I scheduled a pick up. They met me within an hour coming from Miami to Broward. Excellent service! Ray, the owner, was professional and courteous on the phone and gave us a good price. Ariel the driver was nice and accommodating. I would use Camel Towing again 100 times over!

Camel Tow Towing & recovery were literal life savers! Super professional, great communication, and quality service. They not only got my rental from the dealer, they even brought it all the way to my job so I didn’t have to miss work. Extremely considerate. Terrible service. He agreed to meet with us to tow a car and never showed. I’ve been calling and now he’s sending me to his voicemail. I tried calling from a different phone number, he picked up and once he realized it was me, he proceeded to disconnect the call.

Used this company for one service , paid $250 and after they agreed to provide another service THE NEXT DAY ... they were LATE ! We agreed for service the next day at a certain time , we spoke and then ....and than NO CALL! NO SHOW ! Called several times , no answer , no response to text messages ! Called on another phone and dispatch answered and HUNG UP! This is very unprofessional! Will NEVER call Camel Towing again

Beware do not use this company. The tow person was almost An hour late and he refused to put on a mask when I asked him to put on a mask because he was yelling in my face telling me to hurry up because he had four more cars to tow. He also did not speak English very well and he told me so try to be patient with him but he got angry about the mask or whatever and said he wasn’t telling the vehicle and left. 1st of all with a name which is degrading for women on a company I would steer clear of this company for any business. Then being cut off on the expressway by one of their drivers and trying to call to issue a complaint to only have the voicemail full this is not the type of company that you wish to do business with. Ariel came promptly, was efficient and just a solid good guy. I was getting nervous stranded where I was and as soon as he showed up, I was grateful and relieved. They came through my roadside assistance pretty quickly. I appreciated that they called to tell me that they were actually on their way. I'm not sure the name of the guy who came , but because my car was parked in the garage he had to take some lights off at the top of the tow truck to fit. He did that in no time and didn't seem frustrated by that at all. Turned out I didn't actually need the tow but he gave me a jump start and sent me on my way.

Terrible customer service. Poor follow through. I needed a copy of their insurance for my building they said they would send it via txt. Called hours later they said they would call me back (no one did). Called this morning the guy also said he would call back no response. Called twice and txted to let them know my building wasn’t requiring the insurance and they stopped answering the phone. I would not trust this company that goes radio silent on prospective clients

Fake reviews & SCAM!!!. These people are literally scam artists. I made a service appointment with Jeep dealership and needed to tow my truck so I called Camel tow, once I gave the guy the address he said that he will be there in 15-20 minutes. I waited for more than an hour and and I was running out of time for the appointment before the dealership is closed. After multiple attempts to get in touch with them for an update, he obviously turned the phone off. Then I got a call from the driver to let me know that he is about 30 minutes away since he just dropped off a car. ARE YOU SERIOUS???

A friend broke down and I called this Wrecker Service. The guy was very prompt he was very professional and nice, he even tried to figure out what was wrong with the guys truck, which I thought was very nice and gave him an idea of what he thought it might be so that kind of gave us a heads up when it was towed to the auto shop .

Raymond came all the way from Ft. Lauderdale to take my car to homestead for a very low price. I was stuck on krome and 8st and called for his services. He came within the hour and took my car to Homestead. Other companies were charging me an arm and a leg. I used this company 3 times and not once disappointed. Fast Professional Reliable Great Price!
