Services
In 2011, we opened the doors for the first time in a beautiful restaurant on wheels (aka the Bite Me Foods truck) offering seasonal, local, organic food. We traveled throughout Southern California, sharing our passion for healthy and tasty food, all while meeting amazing people. We specialize in private parties, weddings, corporate affairs, and meal delivery.

We use root & vine meal delivery at our senior assisted living home. The "senior" plan is the perfect addition to our facility, and while the residents love the food, their families rest assured they are getting the very best. Organic food thats ready to eat in minutes, is a huge time saver and takes the stress out of, "whats for dinner." Beautifully executed and prepared with really fresh ingredients. You can truly taste how fresh and made from scratch everything is. Plus the meals stay fresh in their packaging and are easy to heat and serve. "The best part of their

I have ordered chicken quesadilla and grilled fish tacos. The tacos are not that big, most importantly, the fish inside taco is way too small. I tasted corn taco shell mostly. Pineapples and slightly spicy seasoning was pretty unique.

There's grilled peppers inside Chicken quesadilla which was a bit spicy. Not too cheesy, but flour tortilla was very chewy, dry and hard.

The foods were ok, not very impressive or wow. I think the portion and ingredients of food were a bit overpriced. The truck came by my apartment community and I didn't prepare for the dinner so I and my hubby gave

Was at Noble Ale Works on 6/01/13 when I read that Bite Me was going to be there. At first I was kind of apprehensive since I really was not able to read the current menu online via my iPad but fears were set aside once the truck arrived and I saw the menu.
My wife and I chose to get a few different items off of the menu... the cheese quesadilla, fish tacos, and the Thai chili burger. Each item was so great to bite into it is difficult for me to chose a favorite, but if I had to chose one that I would get again? It would definitely be the burger. The meat was juicy and well seasoned... the bun

My husband and I were out for a night to see The Stones at the Honda Center. I really did not want the usual places for dinner....so I turned to Yelp. I am not entirely sure what landed me at Noble...it is a brewery in an industrial center with no food! So we parked at the Honda Center early and walked the .7mi into this industrial park. At this point I think my husband was worried we would wind up with Subway ... there was no "place" in sight, much less a place with food. Well, we get to Noble and see a food truck in the parking lot.We still did not get it...were we left with having

A buddy of mine works at a museum in the City of Industry and Bite Me Foods was scheduled to be there for a two-day festival. I attended the festival on the day they were there and had their BBQ Beef Tacos. The tacos were very good, but I learned that they bailed on this museum for the second day of their festival because they got a better offer.

While the food is good, if you are hosting an event, be very wary of Bite Me Foods. If they get a better offer, they will not honor their commitment.

We had the Bite Me Truck at the "Boys of Fall" Football league in Huntington Beach, it's a cute truck with 2 very nice ladies on board. I have heard good things about the truck and that they very there menu often,

Tonight I had the Black and Blue Burger with a side salad which they offered instead of fries, (they had sweet potatoes or regular fries) that wasn't on the menu. The burger was HUGE! It was cooked perfectly and really juicy! I loved it.

My wife had a Veggie burger and said it was one of the best she's ever had.

Our daughter had the bacon and spinach quesadilla

I tried the Bite Me truck tonight at the Best Buy parking lot in Brea. I was pleasantly surprised to find vegetarian options such as the Portobello mushroom sandwich. The mushrooms were lightly seasoned and had just a hint of spice in the sauce.

My husband lost his mind seeing all the great food choices and decided throw his vegan ways out the window and try the Sweet Chile Sliders. He thought they were so good he almost ordered more but the price stopped him.

My husband thought that their prices 8 bucks each plate was too much for two sliders. This complaint seems to be a common theme on

Another unique place in the OC food truck lineup. The bacon mushroom spinach quesadilla was delicious and filling. The crispy brussel sprouts and bacon are enough to get anyone to give the notorious vegetable a second look. The brussel sprouts were fresh and the Dijon drizzle and pieces of bacon were a perfect flavor balance.

Every once in a while, my apartment complex brings in different food trucks and I found out that Bite Me Food Truck was coming today... never really heard of them before today but I read on their website they were a fresher/healthier than most food trucks so I thought I'd give it a try.

Ohhh my goodness, DELICIOUS. We got the fish tacos and the Mediterranean Quesadilla (no chicken), and they were just fantastic!!

The fish tacos have pineapple and pear with some cabbage, cilantro(?) and a spicy sauce. WOW. AND you get 2 for $8.00 which sounds a little pricy, but the tacos are REALLY filling

The bite me food truck came to our jobsite in Irvine. I was charged $800.00 on my visa for $8.00 shrimp tacos. She said they had a problem before with over charging and assured me that the credit would show on my account that day, however, when I went back to work and checked my account on line the $800. was debted but no credit
I called Bite Me and left them a voice mail message that the credit didnt go thru and I have a rent check that may go thru this day or car payment. I had to take extended lunch and go to my bank and after numerous calls the branch manager decided to credit my acct.

I ate here for the first time tonight - so good!!! I was at an event at our church with several other food trucks, but Bite Me's menu caught my eye. Everything looked good but I narrowed it down to the chicken tacos and Mac and cheese. Thankfully I was with someone else so we could each order a dish and share. I admit that I had the nerve to ask if the Mac and cheese was as good as it sounded - the chef said it was (a few minutes later I would find out he was right).

The tacos were very good - yummy sauce, cilantro and Asian slaw. Lots if people skimp on how much they put in a taco but these

I have had the pleasure of interacting with Bite Me Food Truck as an event organizer and as a customer and both experiences were highly enjoyable. As an event organizer, I booked Bite Me Food Truck on many occasions and owners Alissa and Ricky never failed to impress me. They were always very personable and friendly while maintaining a highly professional demeanor and delivering excellent customer service.

As a customer I'm also blown away by their concept of local, organic and seasonal and how refreshing it is for a food truck to offer such a beautiful and diverse menu of gourmet foods.

On high recommendation I shared the roasted chicken enchilada with bechamel sauce and the homemade meatball flat bread pizza with my husband. Both dishes were excellently done. The enchiladas were full of tasty shredded chicken lightly covered in the creamy Bechamel sauce. With the perfect amount of spice. The homemade meatballs on the flat bread was every bit as tasty as the ones Italian Momma would make. The ingredients in both dishes were very fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend this truck! Can't wait to find it again.

I visited this fine food truck tonight at the little food truck gathering held in the Best Buy parking lot in La Habra. There were many trucks to choose from, but we were drawn to Bite Me because they advertised "seasonal, local and organic" foods...also because my daughter loved the pink truck! We got the pulled pork sliders and the bacon, corn, and spinach quesadilla. Sooo bummed that the bacon-wrapped jalapenos were sold out, but after I tasted the quesadilla (which was plan B), I was kinda glad they were! The quesadilla was huge, and so fresh. The veggies still had a crunch to

"Things happen, but..." We were delighted to have them at our event but was greeted with less than satisfactory personalities and tardiness. But was "told things happen..." and I get it, but early breakfast was the desired time slot and it didn't happen because they had truck issues (not my problem, could've called, just good business practice if they had). Customer service is first and foremost when owning a business with any menu, the people behind the food is what counts in my book and this is what Bite Me Foods lacks, big time! If your looking for indecent people

I'm sorry, Bite Me Foods truck, for giving you 2-stars, but I have to go with what Yelp describes as 2-stars and it says "Meh. I've experienced better." So, since I have not tried your other menu items, I'm only rating you based on your grilled cheese. The menu did not say which 3 cheeses were being used, so just based on taste and sight, it appeared as if this was made out of one of those cheddar mixed with mozarella cheese blocks (?). I would not recommend this to any grilled cheese lovers out there. You can for sure make your own at home way better than this one
