Sage Sisters is a San Diego based flower shop that strives to provide our patrons with the ability to buy beautiful flowers while helping a good cause. At Sage Sisters, we know the healing power an arrangement of flowers can have! We know that they can bring beauty into a space but also provide a gesture of care and understanding.
In times of grief flowers they help loved ones feel better. Sympathy flowers are used in remembrance and allow others to honor a loved one. At Sage Sisters we will take care of the delivery and setup process. Whether the celebration of life, wake, or funeral is taking place at home, mortuary, church or another special place, Sage Sisters can deliver and setup the flowers for you.
Keep fresh flowers away from drafts and extreme temperatures, which can quickly dry out the flowers and cause wilting. If your flowers came in plastic, remove this as soon as possible. Do not place your arrangement near fruit, fresh produce or in the path of cigarette smoke. The ethylene gas is detrimental to many flower types.

I was looking for a small floral arrangement for my civil court ceremony. I had been looking all over North Park for florists, but it seemed like everyone was quoting me over $120 as soon as I mentioned "marriage" and "wedding." I wanted something small and simple, and paying over $120 seemed over the top. I explained to Sage Sisters what I wanted, and they had me email them inspiration photos. I was quoted a reasonable price ($70), they accommodated my order at short notice (within 2 days of my civil ceremony), and I was absolutely pleased with the final outcome of my flowers

I came in as last minute gift for my boyfriends mom and given the short notice that I was going to meet her for the holidays I didnt get the chance to buy her much. I hauled it to sage sisters and man did they help. They wrapped the beautiful pot/vase with the plant and even gave me a card too. Super helpful and life savers!

Thank you Sage Sisters! I purchased this arrangement for a 10 year anniversary, and it did not disappoint! Ordering to delivery went smoothly, and the flowers were exceptionally vibrant. The accompanying flowers and plants of the roses were excellent and even included succulents. My wife loved how some leaves were arranged in non-traditional directions to highlight the varying colors on the underside of certain leaves. My sister lives in San Diego & I’m all the way in PA. Last year her wedding was covid cancelled so they ended up going to the courthouse alone. I wanted to send them flowers and Sage Sisters came through! First of all, July 2020 still didn’t have a ton of businesses open, but they didn’t disappoint! Beautiful flowers, card, & bottle of celebratory wine. They were beautiful! Fast forward last night (nov 2021) I needed a sympathy order for my sis and her husband after losing one of their pets, and they are delivering them today! Next day! My sister's birthday was earlier this month. I wanted to send her flowers and found Sage Sisters here on Yelp. I ordered them in the morning and did same day delivery. Communication was great! They made sure the delivery address was correct and even sent me a photo of the bouquet before it went out for delivery. Lastly, they called me at the time of delivery to make sure they got to my sister. I highly recommend Sage Sisters for any of your flower needs. I will definitely use them again in the future. I bought the cheer arrangement to welcome my sister-in-law and it was perfect! Victoria and Lauren were so helpful with all the delivery details and sent me a photo of how the arrangement turned out. I tried to find a place closest to my dear friend to send her flowers for her birthday and after looking at the amazing bouquets from Sage Sister, I knew I had to go with them. On chose the sunshine arrangement since I love the fall colors. On the day of delivery, I got a text with a preview of the bouquet and it was SO LOVELY. I also found out last minute that was friend wasn't going to be home all day and after talking to a sweet staff member she was able to put her order for delivery first so she could get it before she left for the day. So happy I found Sage Sisters while I was wandering through the streets of North Park. The staff are so sweet. I was looking for some ranuculus flowers and the lady pulled out two whole tubs out of the back for me to pick out of! Since they sell by the stem, prices may more expensive than other spots but they have an incredible selection and definitely provide great service!

Four stars as this place was great but I haven't had the chance to really explore their offerings/other products as this was my first time but hopefully not last!
We were referred here from pigment as I was on the hunt for a specifically shaped dried fern for a flower press design I'm working on. After asking the woman there and showing her what I was going for, she said she didn't think they had that but she'd check. And I'm so glad she went above and beyond because another man came out and said he would be able to have it done for me. 5 minutes later and it was perfect

I’m on the East coast and not familiar with San Diego, but needed to send flowers to a friend. They digitally worked with me to put together the perfect arrangement when they were out of what I ordered online. My friend love their flowers and the chocolate. Would definitely order from them again.

So glad I found Sage Sisters! When I realized that I had missed a friend's birthday, I immediately started looking for florists in San Diego who could 1) make a gorgeous and unique bouquet and 2) deliver it the same day. Thankfully this search brought me to Sage Sisters.
It was really easy to order on their website. I picked the Deluxe Blush Arrangement, wrote a card, and selected same day delivery. They texted me a picture of the bouquet a few hours later & it was STUNNING. My friend received the bouquet early that evening and couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the flowers

I ordered a flower crown for a bridal shower and they did an amazing job!!! I called first to ask a bunch of questions and Alec was so nice and helpful. Then I placed my order online and requested a more dainty flower crown and they totally exceeded my expectations! Alec even added mint so it smelled good!!
I love this place. I would highly recommend them for all your flower needs or if you need a cute gift for someone they have tons of great stuff in their shop!

This is such a lovely little business! I am not local to San Diego but was able to send my friend a flower arrangement for her birthday which turned out absolutely stunningly. Ordering and delivery were seamless and I received a photograph of the flowers as well as a notification of when the delivery was completed.
