Very disappointing- not only did my carpet not get clean, but it actually looks worse and just made me really depressed that I paid money to get this done.
The guy who came to clean my carpet was really weird and awkward. He didn't even clean under my couch. He put my living room chairs on top of my couch and just went around my couch and tv stand. It's really frustrating because my husband looks healthy but can't do a lot of stuff on his own due to a herniated disk and being really tired from going through chemo so it makes me feel really horrible that he had to try to help the
