I love the stratus suites it's very respectful and the staff is very honest, kind, sweet, very clean, loyal to keeping everyone with a smile and making everyone feel like they are at home, they are kid friendly as well. And the staff makes sure that everyone feels safe and comfortable and content.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone that is on vacation or just passing through I can guarantee you won't be dissatisfied with the decision of making this hotel your first pick.The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are so beautiful and big. Once you walk into your room you will smell the delight of a very clean room with hard work that the house keeper puts into these rooms.

Big Mistake! It's a really old roadside motel with fresh paint. The first room they gave us had a deadbolt that wouldn't latch, curtains that wouldn't close and no TV remote control. So, they moved us to another room. Again, no remote. But at least the door locked. The hotel has no elevator (prepare to carry your luggage up the stairs) and no fire sprinklers. It's very close to the RR tracks, so don't expect to get much sleep. The train horn will keep you awake. Also, it's in a pretty bad part of town, so there are people milling about the parking lot and hallways night and day. For what I paid

Pretty good for a motel, feels a lot like a home, and the wooden floor is a nice touch. I did notice a weird smell when I first came into the room, almost as if someone had been smoking a long time ago, and I noticed a small, round burn mark in the plastic underneath the bedsheet. In the room I was in, the faucet was not attached to the wall properly in the bathtub, but still functioned well enough. I can't speak on wifi, breakfast, room service, or the pool, but otherwise I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Neat, tidy room and very nice staff. We arrived late and we're still treated excellent. Room was previously smoked in and the smell was very strong. Kids enjoyed the pool table even late night. They brought breakfast out about 30 mins early after we mentioned needing to leave early morning. They treated us very very well. The only problems were the room did not separate light at all (only 2 lights and both lit up whole room) and the smoke smell. Would stay again.

Cute little getaway. Very clean. Staff is very helpful and always go extra mile. Has a nice pool, basketball hoop, playground for kids. Hot tub but was being cleaned. I would definitely come back here if we come back to Texas. I'm from Florida so I've seen my fare share of hotels. This was an amazing stay. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm saying OK because they were really understanding about giving me a refund. The 1st room had blood stains on sheets. Changed rooms and 2nd had bugs. Didn't try the 3rd room just asked for money back. They were extremely understanding and refunded my money.
The room it self was setup nice with double beds living area and a little kitchen area. Outside grounds were adorably decorated.

This hotel is amazing. It is truely a perfect version of a boutique hotel. Not too big as far as lots of rooms, but the rooms are very large and the decor is absolutely beautiful. The designer took limited space and made them a place where u and another might have a memorable moment. The 1 star review my lady and I agreed was just an insult to this property. The room was very large including microwave and large refrigerator. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was just steller. I would like to thank Nikki the day manager and everyone else . Oh yeah the pool area is absolutely amazing open till

First stayed here back in February and it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Stayed again last night; staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, and spacious with a few minor infractions such as scuffed up trimming along the walls. Everything about the room was near perfect until I went to use the bathroom before bed there were two cockroaches, an adult and baby. Hope they bring an exterminator in, there’s so much potential in the place I’d hate to see it turn out like every other hotel in Killeen.
